The entity
Tehom AI is the entity that owns and develops shared agentic AI systems and the infrastructure that supports them. The brand is named for the second verse of Genesis. The mark depicts that moment: light hovering above a threshold, order propagating through depth, darkness as medium rather than void.
The substrate outlives any one operator
The technology Tehom owns — the standards substrate, the Internal Developer Platform, the future runtime and memory layers — is more valuable than any single operating business that consumes it. Holding that technology inside one operating business would constrain it to the shape of that business. Holding it in a vendor would constrain it to the shape of the vendor's category posture. Holding it as the personal IP of one founder would constrain it to the shape of one career.
Tehom exists so the substrate can outlast all three.
Entity, substrate, consuming applications
Tehom operates in three layers. The entity layer holds the brand, the IP, and the agreements. The shared infrastructure layer holds the standards substrate, the developer platform, and the operating substrate that supports both. The consuming applications layer holds the operating businesses that build products on Tehom infrastructure — owned by their own LLCs, licensing the platform from Tehom, and receiving full-stack development services from Tehom under separate agreements.
